Bring Your Brand to Every Delightree Email!

Why This Matters

Your Delightree emails just got a serious upgrade! You can now customize every automated email, from training reminders to chapter updates, to match your brand’s look and feel.

What this means for you

You can now add your brand style to all Delightree system emails, including:

• Your logo

• Header image or hero banner

• Custom button color

• Social media links

These updates appear automatically in every notification Delightree sends whether it’s a completed task alert, new training assignment, or announcement email.

🆕 What's New in Phase 2 (May 2026)

Four more improvements ship together to bring platform emails fully in line with your brand:

Default sender address Platform emails now display no-reply@delightree.com as the sender, replacing the previous generic system address. Applies automatically — no setup needed.

Custom "from" display name and reply-to address Set the name that appears as the sender on all outbound platform emails, and a reply-to address so recipient responses route to the right inbox. Configured in brand settings (see below).

Copyright footer update Email footers now reflect copyright 2026. Applies automatically.

How to Set It Up

You’ll only need to set this up once! Here’s how to make your emails look completely on-brand:

1. Go to: Settings → Notifications → Branding

2. Upload your logo (recommended size: 80x80 px)

3. Pick your brand button color and add your social media links

4. Preview your template on desktop and mobile to ensure it looks right

5. Save changes — your branded emails are live! 🎉

What to Expect

Once you’ve set your branding:

• All system-generated Delightree emails will automatically use your branded design.

• You’ll have one consistent header per brand (perfect for multi-brand groups).

If you haven’t uploaded your brand assets yet, Delightree will continue sending emails using the default styling until you do.

Tips for Success

To make the most of this update:

• Use a square logo (80x80 px) so it displays cleanly in all email types.

• Test on mobile — most recipients view system emails on their phones.

• Keep your color contrast high for easy readability.

• Update branding anytime — changes apply automatically across all notifications.
