Who Can Use This Feature
- Delightree customers with active HubSpot CRM accounts
- Users with permission to manage integrations and create locations.
How It Works
- Go to the Integrations option in the Delightree navigation menu.
- Select Connect HubSpot Account and authenticate using your HubSpot credentials.
- Once connected, configure the deal stage trigger. Any deal that moves into this stage will be pulled into Delightree.
- Set up field mapping so HubSpot deal fields automatically map to Delightree location fields. This saves time later when creating locations.
- Save the connection. Delightree will now pull in any future deals.
- When a new HubSpot deal moves into this stage, Delightree automatically imports it along with its deal details, conversation logs, and documents.
- From the imported deal, you can choose to create a Delightree Location (e.g., mark it as Pre-launch or Launching).
- Select which documents and conversation logs you’d like to import. No need to manually upload as everything is copied directly from HubSpot.
- Click Import, and Delightree will create the location with all the mapped details and attachments.
- Opening the location in Delightree shows you the full deal information, conversation history, and documents all synced from HubSpot.
Note: The integration will only pull property fields on the Deal record type. Any associated Company or Contact fields will not be pulled. To appropriately map Location Owner Name and Location Owner Email, please be sure you set these up as fields on the Deal record type.
