Adding chapters in your knowledge base
Chapters are like the superheroes of content organization in Delightree. These bite-sized nuggets of information not only streamline training but also make it a breeze for users to find exactly what they need. 🙌
How to add Chapters:
- Navigate to the left-hand side of the page to the Menu
- Under "Resources" click on "Knowledge Base"
- Click "+ Add new chapter"
Think of the Knowledge Base as the heart and soul of your Delightree account. Here, you can add new documents, guides, and general content to share with others.
4. You can choose to create a chapter from scratch or upload an existing file.
5. Once your chapter is published, make sure to set your visibility settings so that everyone who needs access to it can find it easily.
