Why This Matters

Form submissions just got a major upgrade!
If you or your team members work across multiple locations, you can now select the correct location when submitting a form ensuring every response is properly tracked and reported.

This update eliminates the confusion of submissions appearing under every assigned site. Now, every form is tied to a single, accurate location, making reporting cleaner, audits simpler, and accountability stronger.

What’s New

Here’s what’s changed and why it matters:

  • 📍 Choose Your Location: Users assigned to multiple locations can now select which location their submission belongs to when filling out a form.

  • 🧾 Cleaner Reporting: Each response is now linked to one specific site — no more duplicates or mixed data.

  • 🧑‍💼 Supervisor Control: For external forms, supervisors can pre-select the correct location before sharing.

  • 👻 Deleted User Tracking: Deleted users remain visible in the “filled by” field for historical accuracy.

  • 🏢 Deleted Locations Removed: Deleted or inactive locations are automatically excluded from results for clearer reporting.

Together, these updates make your form data more accurate, auditable, and trustworthy.

How to Use It

Here’s how location tagging works when submitting a form:

  1. Open the form as usual.

  2. If you’re assigned to more than one location, you’ll now see a “Select Location” dropdown at the top.

  3. Choose the correct location for your submission.

  4. Complete and submit the form — your response will automatically be stored under that location.

 

Using Location Tagging with Launcher
When sharing forms during your new location launch process like agreements, business plans, or site readiness checklists, you can now pre-select the correct location before sending. This ensures every external submission (from franchisees or vendors) is automatically tied to the right site, keeping your Launcher board organized, auditable, and launch-ready from day one.

What to Expect

  • Existing forms and past submissions will remain unchanged.

  • This update only affects how new submissions are logged.

  • Admins and supervisors can now filter and report on forms with clean, one-to-one location data.

  • If a user is deleted, their name will still appear as “filled by” for full record history.

  • A filter for deleted user responses is also coming soon for even better reporting control.

  • Review form visibility: If a form is visible to multiple locations, users will see all their assigned locations when submitting.

  • Keep it simple: Encourage users to double-check their selected location before submitting to avoid data errors.

  • Use supervisor pre-selection: For external responders, pre-assigning the location saves time and ensures consistent tagging.
