Employees earn certificates immediately upon completion—except when skill verification is required. Here’s how it works:
- No Skill Verifier → Certificate is awarded immediately.
- With Skill Verifier → Supervisor must evaluate and approve completion before a certificate is issued.
- Repeating Training Paths → Supervisors must complete evaluations before the cycle ends, or no certificate will be issued for that cycle.
- Prerequisite Learning Paths enforce structured learning sequences, preventing employees from skipping essential training.

Quiz Answer Visibility Toggle: Admins can now decide whether to show or hide correct answers after a quiz submission. Hiding answers helps ensure fairness when learners retake a quiz, while showing them can reinforce learning when immediate feedback is helpful.
