Step 1: Update the resource in Knowledge Base
- Edit the existing chapter, replace the PDF, or upload a new chapter.
- Name the file clearly (e.g., "Fall Menu 2024") for easy access via Delightree Search.
- Be sure to select the option to notify all users.
Step 2: Build a Training Path (optional)
- Add the updated resources as a required step in the training path.
- Include any other relevant chapters (e.g., Signature Cocktails, Nutrition Guide, Plating).
- Add quizzes or videos.
Step 3: Assign a Task
- Create the task "Complete New Menu Training", "Review New Process", "
- Set the deadline (e.g. before the menu rollout date, before policy change is in effect).
- Assign it to relevant users either by job role, location, or individual members.
Step 4: Announce the Rollout
- Post in the Chat such as Announcements channel: ("New Menu Update is officially rolled out. See your task for details").
