Zenoti Integration

If your brand uses Zenoti for workforce management and operations, you can now keep user records aligned across both systems without double entry.

What’s New

Delightree now includes a native, one-way integration that pushes user updates into Zenoti.

You can now create and deactivate Zenoti users directly from Delightree. The integration uses rules you control to keep your employee records consistent across both systems without double entry.

Who's it for:

Corporate Admins, Operations, Training, IT, Franchise Leadership

🔧 Key Capabilities

You can now:

  • Connect your Zenoti account through the Delightree Marketplace

  • Map Delightree user attributes to Zenoti fields

  • Define rules that determine which users should be created in Zenoti

  • Trigger individual or bulk syncs

  • Automatically detect duplicates using Zenoti’s API responses

  • Deactivate users in Zenoti when you deprovision them in Delightree

🔑 Eligibility Rules You Can Use

You decide which employees should be created in Zenoti, using rules such as:

  • Job role

  • User level

  • Task completion

  • Training completion

  • Launch milestones (e.g., new location opening workflows)

This lets you build structured, predictable onboarding and offboarding experiences for your workforce.

How This Impacts Your Organization

If your brand runs operations on Zenoti, you no longer need to create employees twice.

With this integration, you can:

  • Create Zenoti users directly from Delightree

  • Automatically qualify employees for creation once they’ve met required training/tasks

  • Keep employee profiles consistent across systems

  • Remove employees from Zenoti automatically when they leave your organization

  • Reduce compliance risks by ensuring inactive staff no longer have Zenoti access

This dramatically reduces manual work for both corporate and operators and improves data accuracy system-wide.

What You Need to Do to Prepare

Before you enable the integration, make sure you have the following:

Step 1: Gather Zenoti Authentication Credentials

You’ll need the correct API keys or account credentials to authorize the connection.

Step 2: Set Up Attribute Mapping

During configuration, you’ll map Delightree fields (name, email, role, phone, etc.) to their corresponding Zenoti fields.

This ensures users are created cleanly and without errors.

Step 3: Verify Required Fields

Before bulk provisioning:

  • Make sure each employee record includes all required Zenoti fields

  • Clean up incomplete or inaccurate employee data

If any required information is missing, the sync will flag those users so you can fix them before retrying.

4. How This Affects Your Workflows

The Zenoti integration adds new automation but does not disrupt your core Delightree workflows.

Here’s what changes — and what stays the same:

What Stays the Same

  • You continue onboarding users inside Delightree as you do today.

  • Trainings, tasks, and launch workflows work exactly the same.

What’s New

  • When Zenoti is connected, user onboarding gains an optional “Provision to Zenoti” action.

  • Delightree will automatically identify if that user already exists in Zenoti and prevent duplicates.

  • Deprovisioning a user in Delightree will also disable them in Zenoti — improving compliance and access control.

Why This Matters

This makes Delightree a source of truth for your employee lifecycle — from hiring to role changes to offboarding.

If a user no longer works for the brand, they will lose Zenoti access automatically.
